These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://holidaypuriresort.com/ (“Website”) and services at Holiday Puri Resort (“Resort”, “we”, “us”). By booking or staying, you agree to these Terms.
Booking and Payment
Bookings require advance payment or deposit as specified, via secure gateways. Rates are subject to change; confirmation secures your reservation. Full payment is due at check-in for extras. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for non-payment or policy violations.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in from 12:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charges. Valid ID and address proof required for all guests. Unmarried couples allowed with valid local IDs.
Cancellation Policy
7+ days before check-in: Full refund (minus fees).
3-7 days: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund, full charge applies. Modifications subject to availability and fees. Policy may vary by booking platform.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must comply with resort rules: no smoking in rooms, no pets, quiet hours after 10 PM, no outsiders/visitors without permission. Damage to property will be charged. Safeguard belongings at own risk; we are not liable for loss/theft.
Liability Disclaimer
We disclaim liability for weather-related disruptions, third-party activities, personal injuries, or property damage. Use of pool, beach, spa at own risk. Force majeure (natural calamities, strikes) excuses performance.

Website content for information only; not a contract. No warranties on accuracy. Prohibited: unauthorized scraping, harmful code. Google Ads/third-party links not endorsed.
Governing Law
These Terms governed by Indian law, disputes in Puri courts. We may amend Terms; continued use implies acceptance
